I’m a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and life transitions. My approach is both evidence-based and deeply personal—I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Family-Based Treatment (FBT), while honoring the emotional and relational work that creates lasting change. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to listen inward—to trust our bodies, our intuition, and our capacity for growth. My practice is called Intuitively You because I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with the wisdom that’s already within you.
